General Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping for all our handwoven rugs.
Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times are typically 4-7 business days.
Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of the destination.

Customs and Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We suggest you look these up depending on where you are, but the USA tends to be on items over $800 (at 5-8%) and on items going to Europe over €22 there tends to be something to pay.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of taxes. There are no additional charges beyond the listed price.

2. Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your rug within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the rug must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@kirmenrugs.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for returns.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a rug, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective rug, please contact us immediately at hello@kirmenrugs.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
