WHAT WE HELP YOU DECIDE
Get the Rug Decision Right the First Time
A one-of-a-kind vintage rug cannot be reordered in another size or color. Once it sells, that exact piece is gone — so it is worth getting a second opinion before you commit.
Rug Size & Placement
We use your room and furniture measurements to suggest a size that anchors the space instead of floating in it.
Rug Color & Pattern
Suggestions based on your flooring, natural light, wall color, and existing furniture — not on a generic palette chart.
A Curated Rug Shortlist
Instead of scrolling 2,000 listings, you receive three to five pieces chosen for your room, your budget, and in stock today.
Rug Preview in Your Room
When the photo angle allows it, we prepare a simple placement preview so you can judge scale and color before ordering.
A SIMPLE FOUR-STEP PROCESS
Four Simple Steps to Your Rug Shortlist
There is no portal, no account, and no sales call. One form, one real person, one honest answer.
Show Us the Room
Send one or two wide phone photos showing the floor, main furniture, windows, and surrounding colors.
Add the Essentials
Share approximate dimensions, preferred colors, budget, timing, and links to any Kirmen rugs you already like.
We Curate Live Inventory
Kadir checks current inventory and selects rugs that genuinely suit your room rather than sending a generic product list.
Compare With Confidence
Receive honest notes on size, placement, pile, age, wear, and condition, then decide without pressure.
What to Send for Rug Recommendations
You do not need floor plans or professional photography. Four simple things are enough:
- One or two wide photos showing the floor, main furniture, and windows
- Room dimensions, or the maximum rug size that will fit
- Colors you love — and colors you want to avoid
- Your budget, your timing, and links to any Kirmen rugs you already like
I read every request myself. I have been sourcing rugs from Anatolian villages since 2021, and I would rather tell you a rug is wrong for your room than sell you the wrong rug.

Free Rug Design Support FAQs
Answers about room photos, rug recommendations, visual previews, response times, and professional projects.
Is the rug design support service really free?
Yes. The consultation, the curated shortlist, and the placement advice are complimentary. There is no fee and no obligation to purchase.
What should I send with my request?
One or two room photos, approximate dimensions, preferred colors, your budget, and links to any Kirmen rugs you already like. A clear phone photo is enough.
How do I send my room photos?
Paste a public Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud link in the form. If that is inconvenient, submit the form first and simply reply to our confirmation email with the photos attached.
Can you show a rug in my room photo?
When the angle and image quality allow it, we prepare a simple approximate preview so you can compare scale and color. It is a design aid, not an exact rendering.
What happens if a recommended rug sells first?
Every Kirmen rug is one of a kind, so pieces do sell. If that happens we will help you find the closest available alternative in size, color, and character.
Do you also work with interior designers?
Yes. Designers, home stagers, retailers, and multi-rug buyers should use our wholesale and trade program instead, which includes quantity-based pricing and project sourcing.
Sourcing Rugs for Clients or a Multi-Rug Project?
Interior designers, home stagers, boutiques, and hospitality buyers get quantity-based pricing, project curation, and direct sourcing from our Cappadocia workshop.
