The first thing bare feet touch every morning is usually the bedroom floor, and in a lot of houses that floor is cold. This collection groups the pieces we sell specifically for that moment: real handwoven wool, cozy in the way only a real fiber can be, sized and chosen for a room people actually walk through half-asleep. Some come from our vintage rugs, some from our Turkish rugs, a few are flatwoven pieces pulled from our kilim rugs. What ties them together is where they end up, not how they were made. A cozy bedroom rug does not need a synthetic pile to feel that way. Wool gets there on its own.

What we sell is hand-knotted or flatwoven wool, the same real material as the rest of our inventory, in sizes suited to a bedroom floor. A wool bedroom rug behaves differently underfoot than a synthetic pile does. It holds warmth rather than trapping cold air the way some manufactured fibers do, which matters more in a bedroom than almost anywhere else in the house, since it is usually the first surface your feet touch in the morning.
